Sure there might be a docket, but the docket doesn’t really designate which party is the aggressor in this brawl episode with the Palins, it’s a big distraction which is what the media is trying to promote to ignore Obama’s complete utter failure with ISIS, and also the Ukraine. It’s as simple as that, distract the audience with some episode his arch nemesis might have been involved with, without having an actual docket in front of you about the incident in question.
